Terms & Conditions

In order to ensure both buyers and sellers have the best experience possible in our lane, we have the following terms and conditions.


Three Run Rule:

Your $135 Representation Fee entitles you to run your vehicle in our lane three times. In order to maintain lane integrity, we try to avoid stale inventory at all costs. We work together with our clients to try to set realistic floor prices based on current market value in order to get your vehicles sold!


Dropping Off Vehicles:

Vehicles need to be to our location by Wednesday morning at 10:00am. If you are dropping off less than three vehicles, you may bring them directly to our retail location 712 Lancaster Road, Manheim PA 17545. If you are dropping off three or more vehicles, we ask that you have them dropped in either the Manheim Pennsylvania Truck Lot or Customer Parking Lot and bring the keys to our retail location. The keys can also be left in our box H9 in the Manheim Pennsylvania security office.


Titles:

If we have your titles by end of day Wednesday, we are happy to turn them into the auction on your behalf. You may FedEx/UPS them to our retail location or drop them off with your vehicles. If we do not have your titles by Thursday morning, you will be responsible for turning them in directly to the auction.


Disclosures:

It is your responsibility to disclose to us any known defects for each vehicle including frame damage, aftermarket missing or inoperable parts, and any mechanical defects. We will work with you to decide the best course of action to address any issues with your vehicle.


CR Accuracy:

No one knows your vehicle better than you do. We ask that you take a look at your vehicle’s CR at some point before sale day to ensure it’s accuracy. Any CR discrepancies may result in the vehicle being returned to the seller.


Sale Proceeds:

All proceeds from the sale of your vehicle come directly from Manheim Auto Auction via check or ACH based on your auction preferences. All Manheim Imports Auction Management fees are separate and you will receive a separate invoice from us as a third party vendor.


Payments:

All Auction Management payments are due no later than 30 days after receipt of invoice. Payments can be made by check, credit card, or bank ACH.
